A new construction 80,000 sq ft Grade A office building in the centre of Woking.
The offices have been fitted out to a Category A standard and arranged so each floor plate can be divided into three separately divisible standalone tenants’ demises. The building has been designed and constructed to a BREEAM for Offices New Construction ‘Excellent’ rating with an ‘A’ Rated EPC and a 25% reduction in CO2 emissions below target Building Regulations Part L standards. The MEP design includes LED lighting throughout, VRF heat pump heat recovery comfort cooling systems, air handling plant with high efficiency heat recovery and electric vehicle charging.
