Conversion of Grade II listed buildings into commercial office accommodation.

Understanding the challenges

RHB undertook the conversion of Grade II listed building into commercial office accommodation comprising 10 No. individual units of some 2500m2. The development also consisted of some new build units that were sympathetic with the existing site. The services installation included the addition of comfort cooling along with new lighting, power and water services which were carefully designed and integrated into the existing buildings.
