Our charity of the year 2026

We are delighted to announce that Hampshire Hospitals Charity has been chosen as our Charity of the Year for 2026.

The charity supports patients, staff, and volunteers at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, serving Basingstoke, Winchester, Andover, and Alton hospitals. Their collaborative efforts ensure that:

• Patients continue to receive outstanding care and vital support for themselves and their families.
• Hospitals remain comfortable and welcoming for everyone—patients, staff, and loved ones.
• Staff are supported and enjoy a positive working environment, with thoughtful extras that brighten their day.

Overall, the charity acts as a bridge between the community and the hospital, enabling donations to have a direct and meaningful impact on the lives of patients, staff, and volunteers across the Trust’s hospitals.

The RHB team looks forward to supporting the charity’s 2026 fundraising programme, which launches with a Comedy Night at Basingstoke College of Technology on 27 February. We will also be hosting several of our own events throughout the year to champion this important cause.
