We provide advice on complying with all approved documents, including Part L, conservation of fuel and power and Part F, ventilation. We also offer preplanning energy and sustainability reports.
Surveys & Audits →
We are experienced in pre-acquisition / condition surveys for leading developers and owner-occupiers, particularly in identifying and taking account of possible development and value-added opportunities.
Thermal Modelling →
RHB uses the EDSL TAS software suite of software to provide 3D building modelling and dynamic thermal simulation.
BIM & CAD →
Using manufacturer specific parts ensures that the final design is a workable solution and avoids any discrepancies.
Covid-19 Ventilation →
Air Conditioning systems should be inspected every 5 years by an accredited energy assessor such as RHB. You could be fined if you don’t!
