DWHS Solution Specialist Award

We were delighted to be invited to David Wilson Homes South’s inaugural Annual Consultant Seminar in early October, where they brought together a select group of their longest-standing consultants to collaborate, align, and share insights. The day featured valuable sessions and constructive discussions. RHB also won the first-ever DWHS Solution Specialist Consultant Award, which recognises consultants who excel at overcoming challenges through technical expertise, innovation and collaboration.

The award was presented by Patricia Kermeci, Senior Technical Co-ordinator, whom we worked with on the Newbury Racecourse projects. She highlighted how our dedication to resolving issues and responding quickly made her life easier.

Thank you to Phil Peters, Maher Saifo, Colin Chan & Josi Gorski for their hard work on this project.

In a recent LinkedIn post, the David Wilson Homes Technical Director, Ant Edgley, wrote: ‘The Solution Specialist Award recognises consultants who excel at overcoming challenges through technical expertise, innovation and collaboration. RHB have consistently demonstrated all three.

Through the delivery of high-quality Mechanical and Electrical services, RHB have shown an ability to tackle complex challenges and develop practical, effective solutions. Their technical excellence, specialist knowledge and collaborative approach have delivered exceptional outcomes for our projects and teams alike.

Their professionalism and solution-focused mindset make them a worthy recipient of this year's Solution Specialist Award.’

We pride ourselves on resolving issues and providing detailed responses to queries/RFIs within a 2-3 day window, helping our clients’ projects run more smoothly. The award, based on our work across a range of projects, including the Newbury Racecourse development, underlines the positive impact of this support for our clients.

The day ended with attendance at The Barratt David Wilson North Thames Divisions charity gala dinner at the London Cabaret Club, for an enjoyable evening which raised more than £110,000 for DENS, a homelessness and poverty relief charity.
