About the project

New construction of high-quality community buildings built across two sites in Harlow with sustainable features for long-term local community use. RHB was appointed to complete RIBA Stage 4 before being novated to Boom Construction for Stage 5.

During Stage 5, our team implemented designs, managed the site, ensured quality control, coordinated trades, and oversaw completion and handover. This dynamic and essential phase of the construction process requires careful management, coordination, and quality assurance to bring architectural visions to life.

Understanding the challenges

Both buildings include intensive MEP services carefully co-ordinated within restricted ceiling void depths to ensure the client achieved the aspirational floor to ceiling heights required.
