Graduate Programme with RHB.

Training the engineers of tomorrow is our priority. Therefore, at RHB we support young aspiring and training engineers through their educational journey.

We want success for all our candidates, so we believe 1:1 mentorship and guidance are key. Each candidate is assigned a personal tutor at RHB and involved in hands-on learning in the office and site visits. Sharing our knowledge, experience and versatility, you will work across multiple sectors on a variety of projects. We will assist with your journey from start to finish and beyond.

How does it work?

Candidates are selected and supported through their studies at university. Here's how the process works and what is expected at certain stages of the process.

If you'd like the opportunity to join our programme, then please email us at careers@rhbpartnership.co.uk.

‘’Upon graduating, I was keen to dive into the building services industry. RHB offered me the perfect opportunity to learn directly from senior Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health Engineers with years of in-depth experience.

RHB has offered open training sessions with one of our exceptional Associate Mechanical Engineers, covering various topics from ventilation to psychometry. I am encouraged to further my knowledge by participating in CPD’s and having a membership with CIBSE.

I am now a Low Carbon Energy Assessor and have been promoted to Intermediate Mechanical Engineer. I can’t wait to progress further at RHB!"

Jack Preston, Intermediate Mechanical Engineer
