How are we maintaining sustainability?

With the drive towards Net Zero Carbon, RHB Partnership encourages guidance offered by the UK Green Building Council and the LETI Climate Emergency Design Guide wherever possible.

To establish the building's energy strategy, we advise considering the documents together with the Local Planning Policy, Part L of the Building Regulations, CO2 emissions and energy consumption, metering strategies, capital and operational costs, and marketing perception.

The UK economy is targeting to bring all greenhouse gas emissions to net zero by 2050 – new legislation means that there could be no new gas boilers after 2025.
