Phased refurbishment project of the iconic Roger Stirk Harbour + Partners designed building. Occupied, multi-tenanted, included refurbishing the main entrance/Reception and adding new cycle facilities.
Phased refurbishment of the iconic building, including main Reception adding retail/coffee space, along with new cycle/welfare facilities with 233 cycle racks, 24 showers and 233 lockers, all while keeping the building operating with tenants. The office floors were refurbished to expose the building’s structure with semi-exposed services and perforated ceiling rafts suspended beneath a coffered concrete ceiling.
