Using the very latest Autodesk Revit MEP software, our dedicated Revit team can produce fully coordinated drawings and models; anything from a simple single room layout to a fully coordinated, multi-level Data Centre.
Using current manufacturer specifications, we create parametric families (sizeable parts) to use in our Building Information Modelling (BIM) design. This ensures that the finished product is a workable solution and avoids any discrepancies or clashes when the design reaches construction stage.
From our 3D Revit models we are able to produce two dimensional plans, sections & elevations and fully rendered walkthroughs & images to give the client a more comprehensive understanding of how the finished design shall look once installed.
Utilising Revit ensures that RHB is BIM compliant in line with the Governments strategy of having “Level 2 BIM” maturity. Put simply, we have the ability to create and use the real time information for a building project, in turn creating a reliable digital representation of the building that is used for design decisions, document production, performance analysis, construction planning and cost estimates.
We have an AutoCAD software subscription, so our software is always up to date.
As the industry standard software for 2D projects, our CAD technicians are all up to the task of producing fully coordinated drawings. We were also one of the first companies to embrace the transition from 2D to 3D by investing in AutoCAD MEP, however we have now switched to the more widely used Revit software for BIM projects.
Using Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology cuts project costs by making it possible to visualise the entire project before construction begins.
Accurate clash detection between MEP, Architectural and Structural Models.
Project data drops at regular intervals issuing schedules, models and drawings ensures the entire project team is always up to date
High quality and accurate documentation for construction is issued when using BIM technology for your project.
