What do you like doing most in your current role?
I really enjoy talking to clients and problem solving.
What do you love about working at RHB?
There really is a welcoming and supportive environment. Everybody is welcoming, helpful, fun, and supportive. The culture here fosters an environment where learning and growth are encouraged. Whenever I encounter something I don't understand, there's always someone ready to teach and guide me. This willingness to share knowledge has allowed me to learn so much in a short amount of time.
Working at RHB is not just about the job, it’s about being part of a community. The camaraderie among colleagues makes it a fun place to work. We often share laughs and enjoy each other’s company, which makes coming to work each day something to look forward to. Teamwork is at the core of everything we do, and it’s amazing how everyone comes together to support one another.
There's also a real family feel to the company, which I truly cherish. This sense of belonging creates a supportive atmosphere where everyone feels valued. Whether it's through team activities, social events, or simply the day-to-day interactions, there's always a feeling of being part of something bigger. This family-like environment is a significant part of what makes RHB a great place to work.
Where do you want to be professionally in the next 5 - 10 years?
I want to be able to run my own projects from start to finish without assistance and have more of a leading role helping new juniors learn what I have learnt over years at RHB.
I would also love to become a partner in the company in future.
What keeps you busy outside of work?
Socialising (especially going to the pub or for a nice meal), travelling, family, watching films (especially Marvel ones) and gaming (Call Of Duty, Cyberpunk & Resident Evil are my favourites!)
What is your favourite quote?
A thinker sees his own actions as experiments and questions as attempts to find out something. Success and failure are for him answers above all.” ― Friedrich Nietzsche
Who is your favourite cartoon character?
Pops from The Regular Show
What is something that you would really like to do?
I would love to tour Chernobyl.
The WH estimates that 30,000 deaths can be attributed to the Chernobyl disaster. Over seven million people have been exposed to radiation from the accident.
The explosion unleashed at least 400 times more radioactive fallout than the bomb the United States dropped on Hiroshima in 1945.
After the Chernobyl disaster, one nearby forest, now known as the "Red Forest," turned a reddish colour and died. However, even 15–20 years after the meltdown, the trees have not decayed.
Game animals, even those that live outside of the exclusion zone, including some caught as far away as Germany, still show abnormal and dangerous levels of radiation.
