Kieran Constable, Junior Engineer

We are delighted to welcome our new Junior Electrical Engineer, Kieran Constable to the RHB family. Kieran is a Dedicated Design Engineer, skilled in graphics, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), communication, Revit, and Microsoft Office.

After obtaining his HNC in Building Service Design from Westminster College he joined Hilson Moran in 2018 as a Computer Aided Design Operator and was promoted to Junior Engineer Design Consultant in 2019.

We asked Kieran a few questions...

Why did you decide to join RHB?

I moved to RHB because they care about who you are, help you to where you want to be, and understand your level of knowledge regardless of academic status. As I see this a better approach to our work as it makes me feel more welcomed and appreciated for what I can bring to the team.  

What are your long term goals?

I would like to run my own projects, build up a client portfolio, networking to get my name out the within the industry & and to become a CIBSE or IET member (IEeng).

What were your first impressions of RHB and the team?

They are  friendly, caring and willing to go out their way to support you. There is a real team feeling and they are very professional whilst there is a great camaraderie. Settling in has been easy because they made me feel so comfortable.

What do you do when you are not at work?

I do mountain biking, canoeing, and waterboarding and I love to socialise, see live bands, travel & meet new people.
