At the core of our operations is a strong client focus. We take a proactive stance, always ready to advise, suggest innovative working methods, and anticipate potential issues, even before being asked.

We design sustainable, energy-efficient solutions that are value-engineered and delivered on time and within budget to our clients' total satisfaction.

With an open management structure, we are readily approachable at every project stage.

2. Managing risk

To ensure the success of our projects, we target, pre-empt and manage all risks that could affect the desired outcome.

With many of our activities carried out on buildings still in occupation, we work to cause the minimum impact and disruption to occupants and pay close attention to Health and Safety issues. Careful monitoring of project costs against budgets, regular reviews and QA appraisals ensure that projects are delivered successfully.

3. Structured for success

Regardless of size or value, all projects are personally supervised by one of our senior members to ensure successful progress and completion. A project coordinator runs each project on a day-to-day basis.

A forum of team members and senior engineers reviews initial concepts developed by our project engineers. Here, the original ideas are refined and improved, and new developments and technologies are incorporated where they can be proven to contribute to the project's success.  

4. Peace of mind

As a professional practice, we carry standard Professional Indemnity Insurance coverage of up to £10 million for each claim.

We also carry Public Liability Insurance of £10 million per incident, unlimited in any one year, and Employees Liability Insurance of £10 million in any one incident.

We are a registered ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 Limited Liability Partnership that has been assessed and approved by QMS Quality Management Services. The practice is registered with Constructionline, CQMS, and has accreditation with SafeContractor.
