A refurbishment project within the city of London comprising four floors of offices over a ground floor restaurant space.
The existing office space was refurbished to new CAT A standard with VRV systems and heat recovery ventilation provided separately to each floor to facilitate multiple tenancies. An existing stained glass window in the entrance hall was retained and emphasized using strip fluorescent lighting to create a feature.
