A phased refurbishment of a privately owned department store in the centre of Newbury.
The works involved the phased refurbishment of the entire store and included the design of the mechanical heating and cooling systems, the mechanical ventilation and kitchen extract, domestic water and plumbing system and electrical system including task lighting. The works also included the design and installation of a syphonic rainwater system and boosted sprinkler system with a rooftop cold water storage tank.
