A phased upgrade of the existing 53 bedrooms, and a major new extension with new leisure suite including spa, treatment rooms, and 58 new bedrooms. Our task was to provide comfort cooled rooms and upgrade the infrastructure whilst maintaining the existing hotel in operation throughout the construction works.
