A 3 site development for Crest Nicholson in conjunction with Linden Homes comprising houses and apartments.
Renewable energy strategy comprised air source heat pumps supplying heating and hot water for initial phases and later phases having solar hot water heating and photovoltaics. All new dwellings were assessed for Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 compliance.
