Replacement of the existing services within the Grade 1 Listed Building for Hampshire County Council.
The completed installation was required to be sympathetic with the building construction and historic nature of the property and included the following: new electrical installation, new heating installation, alterations/extensions to the existing fire alarm system, new security installation, and new lightning protection installation. The works also included new gallery areas on the first floor for The Oates Museum. The programming of the works was such that the closure period for the property was kept to a minimum. The project was awarded both National and Southern Region Conservation Awards from RIBA.
