RHB were asked to provide a assistance for the new build of a luxury house in Ascot.
This involved working with contractors on the M&E elements including wet underfloor heating, drainage and domestic systems, ventilation and A/C systems, lighting, power, and a Control 4 home automation system. We were involved throughout the duration of the project, checking contractors' designs/calculations and the design at key stages from start to handover.
