The MEP services engineering solution included VRF heating and cooling with heat recovery, MVHR ventilation, kitchen ventilation to BESA DW172, domestic hot water heat pump heating, low energy lighting, power distribution, access control, CCTV, lightning protection, above ground drainage with grey water recycling and photovoltaic panels.
