About the project

These projects make use of ground source heat pumps for heating and hot water, rainwater harvesting and low energy lighting. All achieve a Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 rating whilst maintaining the necessary quality of finish for a discerning customer.

RHB have worked with the developer to set a standard specification in place to achieve their minimum Code Level 3 requirement and are continuously monitoring and updating this as technology evolves, to ensure these properties remain at the forefront of sustainable design.

This project has a CFSH Level 3 rating.
