About the project

Centenary Quay, Woolston, Southampton, situated on the River Itchen.

Phase 2 consisted of 167 apartments split over 4 blocks 4 and 5 storeys high sitting on a podium deck with single car park level below. The phase was fed from a central CHP Energy Centre constructed in phase 1.

Phase 3 of 327 apartments consisting of 8 blocks ranging from 5 storeys to 12 storeys sitting on a podium deck with split level car park below. The phase also contained 9 retail units and a superstore. This phase was also fed from the same central CHP Energy Centre. We were responsible for the coordination of the main utilities within the car parks as well as the risers to the apartments and of the design of the landlord and apartment services. Once complete, the regenerated former Vosper site site will contain 1620 dwellings.
