A finely crafted private residence, conceived and delivered in collaboration with Finchatton as part of their luxury estate portfolio. The property combines traditional detailing with contemporary lifestyle technologies, offering expansive entertaining spaces, bespoke joinery, and gallery-like proportions. We were appointed to design and coordinate all mechanical, electrical, and public health systems, ensuring complete integration of comfort, lighting, and environmental controls within the architectural vision.

Understanding the challenges

The primary challenge was delivering a thoroughly modern building services strategy that remained invisible to the end user. Acoustic performance, intuitive operation, and architectural discretion were paramount. Plant sizing, routing, and interface design were approached with a light touch, ensuring that the technology underpinning the home’s performance met super-prime expectations without interrupting the spatial clarity or artisanal interior finishes.
