About the project

M & E services design for 20 townhouses and a residential building comprising 29 apartments. The award winning scheme consists of five storey regency style town houses in blocks of seven and eight, mews cottages, a gate house, coach house and a further block of 49 apartments.

Understanding the challenges

The properties were designed to meet the requirements of Code for Sustainable Homes level 3, and Secure by Design standards. RHB were employed to carry out the design and coordination of all M&E services associated with the development, this also included the design of a subterranean plant room to accommodate the apartment block cold water storage tank, packaged booster set and site-wide irrigation equipment. Services provided by RHB included: M & E Design and public Health Design.
