About the project

Broadmead House is a new 5-storey residential development located in West Kensington, adjacent to Kensington Olympia. This project replaces the existing residential buildings and consists of 24 residential units. Residents will benefit from a variety of premium amenities, including concierge services, secure bicycle storage, and parking for select units.

RHB Partnership LLP was appointed to provide comprehensive design services, which include:

Site-wide infrastructure design
Preparation of detailed design tender documentation
Development of performance specifications for sprinkler systems
Technical oversight of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) contractors
Site inspection and monitoring of MEP installations
