About the project

Situated in a prime location adjacent to the exclusive St George’s Hill Estate, Lincoln Court is a landmark development that sets a new standard for luxury living, offering a range of 28 high-specification one, two, and three-bedroom apartments.

All apartments benefit from a four-level basement that provides secure parking, storage, and essential building services.

RHB was appointed to undertake the full-detailed design to provide a range of services, including:

  • site-wide infrastructure design
  • detailed design tender documentation
  • performance specification for sprinkler systems
  • technical oversight of MEP contractors
  • site inspections and monitoring of MEP installations

Our collaboration with the developer and other members of the design/construction teams ensured that the project was delivered on time and to the highest standards.
